Latest trend in Sweden? Get half an hour of exercise during your lunch break, eat a healthy lunch together and get back to work all fit and energetic. Of course we miss out on this trend. That is why you can now participate in our RunForLunch By Björn Borg workout, every Thursday until November 29th.
Fit & filled back at your desk
You can take ‘run for lunch’ very literally, because after your run (under the guidance of renowned trainers of running school Flow-motion) you get an awesome healthy lunch from one of the food partners. Completely free of charge! All you have to do is run for half an hour. During office hours. Doesn’t sound too bad, does it? Be aware that the workouts start at different locations, which are the restaurants you’ll have your lunch afterwards: The Meets (4, 11, 18 October), JuiceBrothers (25 October, 1 and 8 November) and SLA (15, 22, 29 November).
How does it work?
1. Register for one of the RunForLunch workouts via the OneFit app.
2. Gather at the food partner where you’ll get that awesome lunch that day at 12:30 (note: you can leave your stuff here, but taking a shower isn’t possible).
3. Run! Not too fiercely by the way, you still need to be able to do your job afterwards.
4. Enjoy your healthy lunch.
5. Back to work at 13:30!
